How Do Microfiber Towels Differ?

How Do Microfiber Towels Differ?

Description: Microfiber Towel Tag Information
This information can usually be found on the tag.

The two main ways microfiber towels are categorized is by their blend ratio of polyester to polyamide and their density. Density is the relationship between the mass of a substance and how much space or volume it takes up (Density = Mass / Volume). Mass is the measurement of how much matter is in an object and weight is the measurement of how hard gravity is pulling on an object. There is really no difference between weight and mass as long as we stay on Earth, where gravity remains the same. I am going to use the word weight in place of mass to make things less confusing, as towels will be labeled with a weight attribute, not mass. Keep in mind that the equation to determine density uses the mass of an object, not its weight and that mass is the technically correct term for this measurement.
